Refund policy
Non-Custom Items
I have a 15-day return policy on non-custom items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact me at robert@thebirdleaf.com. If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I will notify you once I have received your return and determined it is approved for refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Custom Items
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
Due to the initial resource outlay involved in sourcing materials and creating custom builds, I cannot accept returns of finished products. Through the process of determining specifications to provide a custom quote, we will agree upon the details prior to purchase.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item has been damaged in transit, please take pictures for purposes of filing a claim with the carrier. Notify me no later than three days from receipt to ensure a timely claim can be processed. Any notification outside of this time frame may result in my inability to correct the situation.
Exchanges
Exchanges on non-custom items are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact me at robert@thebirdleaf.com.
